Scandinavian gnomes were extremely popular again this Christmas. I had so much fun making my Christmas gnome ornament that I decided to make another version of it for Valentine’s Day.
I slightly modified my original Christmas gnome, but his hat, beard, and body are made in the shape of hearts as well.
You can find a large collection of other crochet heart-shaped appliques on my website. This collection already has about 40 designs and I am continuing to add more patterns to it.

Magnifiques les gnomes, pour décorer les couvertures des petits. Mais aussi le castor, toutes vos appliques j’adore. Félicitations
Sharon says
How do you make the arms stiff enough to hold up stick with heart.
GoldenLucyCrafts says
The arm stiffness depends on the tightness of the crochet. My gnome can hold small craft buttons but not anything too heavy. Also, the heart balloon has a crocheted chain, not a stick.
